On the 25th of March, 2022, we celebrated the closing of our 3rd scientific congress on research ethics during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The congress took place between the 22nd and 25th of March, with the participation of over 40 African and European scientists, bioethicists, and gender experts, representing 11 different countries and National Research Ethics Committees.
So many enriching contributions and exchanges were held, highlighting the need for capacity-building in research ethics review and regional harmonization of health research evaluation, particularly during health emergencies.
The congress report and Book of Abstracts are coming soon to the webiste so stay tuned! 😀
