1st biostatistics webinar from our new series

On november 30th, BCA-WA-ETHICS II launched its 1st webinar series titled "Biostatistics for ethicists"with the objective of strengthening the capacities of ethicists and research evaluators in biostatistics and research methodology. The series kicked-off with its 1st webinar of the series which was facilitated by Dr Aurel Constant Allabi, Clinical Pharmacology Professor from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin. The webinar covered the definition of biostatistics, its practical applications in the field of research, and the fundamental of scientific methodology and research design.
The 1st webinar was attended by 32 participants from 6 African Countries (Benin, Burundi, Cameroon, Guinea-Conakry, Senegal, and Mali).
